Notes
Dun drag shoes, dig into the ground must have no sound
Raise hands to 90,45 degrees when your hand is at 90 it is around your chin level, remember to jerk your hand at the top like u hit something
Do not drag the timing must be sharp, consistent timing need not be fast (for hentak timer pls use some brains and slow down the timing unless you're trying to kill the squad)
When falling in,lock your arms(arms cannot be blended and whole body will move backwards when push) and dun look around, maintain eyeball discipline by finding a spot and focus on it,look up and stomach in chest out, pull back shoulders but not locking it
Raise your leg to 90 degrees and point your toes down do not horse kick and bang with your heels
Volunteer at all times and clench your fist and raise your hands straight,it's better to have the entire, squad volunteering than a few, your chances of getting chosen are equal in both scenarios but of everyone volunteers it will leave a good impression.
When falling in the hole(if any) is on the left,to fall in faster form column by column from the right so that there will not be chaos and we can fall in quickly and orderly.
Do not cut between the squad ic and squad.
Squad diam and greet officers.
Full Uniform
Fall in
Go into senangdiri position, sedia yourself, raise your left hand and ask for permission to fall in.Then March to the left side of the squad from the back and behenti.

Fall out
Sedia yourself and raise your hand to ask for permission. Then March out of the squad to the IC in the same way as you enter the squad before you behenti in front of the IC,greet and ask what can I do for you IC.
